Our Consulting Process
Schedule a 30-minute Consulting Preview Call with a Senior Practice Consultant.
In our Preview Call, we will discuss your consulting needs, expectations and the “fit” between your needs and our services. We want to get to know you and understand how we can help you meet your goals. We only work with clients for whom we feel we can create significant value! So, let's discuss your unique situation and see how we can help!
By the end of our Consulting Preview Call, we will have developed a mutual decision to move forward. We will then send you a Client Consulting Agreement to review and sign. After you sign and return our Client Consulting Agreement - your Consulting Team will get to work.
Your Client Service Administrator (CSA) will send you:
- A document request list, so we can begin our analysis.
- A link for your secure client portal — to upload documents.
- Meeting invitation to schedule your Discovery Meeting (1 Hour).
- $1,000 deposit due at the time of scheduling
During the Consulting Discovery Meeting, we will discuss your goals, conduct an initial review of your financial documents, and outline our meeting sequence/next steps. At this meeting, we will prioritize financial analysis and decision making.
After the Consulting Discovery Meeting, your Client Service Administrator (CSA) will send you written meeting notes with next steps. Your CSA will reach out to schedule the next 1-2 Project Meetings.
At each Project Meeting, we will analyze and work through any urgent consulting needs in real-time, to get you on-track to get you to the next milestone in your professional journey. After each Project Meeting, your Client Service Administrator (CSA) will send you written meeting notes with next steps and we’ll schedule the next Project Meeting (as needed).
After the initial 1-2 Project Meetings are completed, your CSA will schedule your quarterly Progress Meetings to review comprehensive personal/practice goal setting, financial cash flow, risk checklist, tax planning, practice metrics, and other areas of business need.
Two weeks before each quarterly Progress Meeting, your Client Service Administrator (CSA) will request your current internal year-to-date financials, P/L statement, balance sheet and other business metrics. Your Consulting Team will review this information in the week leading up to your scheduled meeting.
Billing is automated (quarterly, paid in advance of each Progress Meeting), as outlined in the Client Consulting Agreement. Our fees are tax-deductible. And yes…we accept credit cards…Amex SkyMiles, anyone? After each quarterly Progress Meeting, your CSA will send you written meeting notes with agreed upon next steps.
